ABOUT THE EVENT
The Grass Roots Development Program is focused on building a strong foundation of volleyball skills in a fun, supportive and active environment.
Over the 9 -week program, athletes will be introduced to and develop fundamental volleyball skills including passing, setting, serving, attacking, movement, communication and basic team play. Practices will progressively build on these skills, giving athletes opportunities to learn the skill, practice it and then apply it in game situations.
