Mission
At Sault Ignite Volleyball Club, we ignite passion for volleyball by providing a dynamic environment where athletes develop their skills, confidence, and sportsmanship. Our mission is to ensure every player is equipped to succeed both on the court and in life, emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and a commitment to excellence.
Club Founders
Becky Grisdale and Annette Lamour, lifelong friends and passionate volleyball advocates, founded Sault Ignite Volleyball Club in 2019 to share their love for the game with their community. As true stewards of the sport, they have dedicated themselves to developing young athletes and growing volleyball in the region. Becky, a seasoned coach and the leader of the Sault Cougars Women's Volleyball Team, brings her extensive knowledge and competitive experience to the club, while Annette’s commitment to mentorship and player development helps create a positive and inspiring environment for all athletes.
